These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inara Health website, membership services, telehealth platform, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By joining Inara Health, creating an account, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Inara Health
Inara Health is a membership-based wellness platform that provides direct access to licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Naturopathic Doctors (NDs), and other wellness professionals for telehealth consultations, naturopathic care, lifestyle coaching, and related services.
Inara Health is not an insurance provider.
Membership does not replace health insurance or provide comprehensive medical coverage.
Services are offered on a subscription basis and may vary by membership tier.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or have a parent/guardian enroll on your behalf if under 18. Services are available only in states where our providers are licensed to practice.
4. Medical Disclaimer
All providers in the Inara Health network are independent, licensed professionals who are solely responsible for the care they provide.
Information provided through the Services is for general wellness purposes unless otherwise specified by a licensed provider.
Inara Health does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any condition.
Telehealth may not be appropriate for all medical needs; in the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
5. Member Responsibilities
By using Inara Health Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal and health information.
Use the Services only for lawful, personal health and wellness purposes.
Not record, copy, or distribute telehealth sessions without prior written consent.
Follow provider instructions and comply with applicable laws.
6. Payments & Billing
Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel at any time through your member portal; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Inara Health is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with HIPAA requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
8. Provider–Patient Relationship
Membership grants you access to providers but does not guarantee immediate availability.
Providers may decline to provide services if, in their professional judgment, it is not clinically appropriate.
Inara Health is not responsible for the medical advice or services rendered by providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inara Health is not liable for:
Any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
Any actions or omissions of independent providers.
Any reliance on information obtained through our platform that is not personalized medical advice.
10. Modifications to Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
